Each tablet contains:

Piperacin phosphate   320 mg

Dihydroartemisinin        40 mg

Each 5 ml flask contains:

Piperacin phosphate   160 mg

Dihydroartemisinin        20 mg

Excipients flavoured         Q.S.

Indications:

Combiquin is indicated in the treatment of simple malaria and in case of resistance to other antimalarials.

Dosage:

The usual dose is 18 mg of piperaquine phosphate and 2.25 mg of dihydroartemisinin per kg of body weight per day for three consecutive days.
